We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your custom-branded business gifts. Due to the personalized nature of our products, our return policy is designed to be fair while accounting for customization costs.

1. Returns & Exchanges
✅ Accepted Under These Conditions:
- Wrong product received (e.g., incorrect item, size, or color). 
- Defective/damaged items (e.g., printing errors, manufacturing flaws). 
- Order not as approved (if the final product differs from the approved proof). 

❌ Not Eligible for Returns:
- Customized items(e.g., engraved logos, printed names) – unless defective. 
- Bulk orders (500+ units) – case-by-case review required. 
- Change of mind (personalization makes resale impossible).

2. How to Request a Return 
1)Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [order@progiftbox.com].
2) Provide: 
Order number ; photos of the issue. 
3) We’ll approve/deny within 2 business days. 

If approved:
- Exchange: We’ll reproduce the correct item at no cost. 
- Refund: Issued for defective/unapproved items (minus shipping fees).

3. Shipping Costs
- Our fault?** We cover return shipping.
- Customer error?** Return shipping is at your expense.

4. Refund Processing Time
- 5-10 business days after we receive returned items.

5. Cancellations
- Before production starts:** Full refund. 
- After production begins:** Non-refundable (custom work is irreversible).
